FIRST TIME GUESTS
Welcome! We look forward to seeing you in TheZone! Please know that you are a welcomed guest, and we hope that you and your child have a wonderful first experience. Our staff and volunteers work hard to create a safe and AWESONE experience for you! A member of our greeting team will be happy to direct you to our elementary check-in area. If you have questions, we will be glad to assist you. Contact Mary at mary@thebridgefellowship.net.
We are serious about keeping kids safe! At The Bridge, we are committed to providing an environment in which kids and parents feel safe & secure. As a part of our child protection policy, all of our children’s leaders and volunteers have submitted to a background check.
You will receive a numbered tab that matches one that remains with your child. You will need to show this when picking up your child. We ask that you do not send older siblings under 14 to pick up your child.
TheZONE EXPERIENCE
Each week your kids, kindergarten (age 5) through fifth grade can be a part of an exciting and imaginative journey of Biblical learning. TheZone is an fun environment filled with songs, games, and loveable characters that teach biblical truths at an age-appropriate level. Each week, we meet at the same time as the adult service. So, while you are experiencing the creative, life-changing worship at The Bridge Fellowship, your kids are experiencing it as well.
In TheZone, we use CW2 to guide everything that we do.
Interactive Worship is an important part of our large group time. We are passionate about helping kids learn how to encounter Jesus in ways that are meaningful to them.
Our kids are encouraged to read and use their Bibles. We are passionate about helping them develop a love for God’s Word.
Community continues to be an important part each week as well. We believe that small groups are the key to allowing kids to connect and build strong relationships with other kids their age. We have an adult care group leader who takes time to encourage their group of kids and also spends time with kids at SGL (small group lunches) each month to connect with the kids. We also have special events that help kids build friendships!
TheZone encourages parents be involved in their kid’s experience at church. Each week when you pick up your kids, you will receive a parent flyer. This has a summary of what your kids learned while in TheZone and some ideas for incorporating that week’s lesson into your kid’s daily life. Parents are an important part of the team!
We believe that coming to church should be one of the most exciting hours of your child’s week! Every eight weeks, our kids will journey to a new and exciting land full of all the things that make The Bridge a great place to be.
CURRENT ADVENTURE

Whether it's huge towers, strong walls or even gigantic boats, the Bible is full of incredible stories about construction projects. In this new series, The Great Skybridge Showdown, we will learn about some of those projects as we join Ike Ironsides and Caleb Cade on the job site. Each week we will be learning about such things as: how to follow God's plan for your life, how to obey God in all you do, why we should praise God instead of ourselves, and why we should never give up doing good. We will also learn to wisely use what God gives us, to be kind to others, that as Christians we are the church, and that we should have perseverance while serving God. So, put on your hard hat and tool belt and let's get ready to build a life that is pleasing to God!
PARENT LINK
While we seek to teach your children about God, we know that no one has more influence on their lives than you. We want to partner with you to help your child learn more about God. For ways to be intentional at home, visit our HomePointe Center or look at the HomePointe section of this web site.
We encourage you to take what your child learned at church one step further at home.
CAMP
Camp dates for 2011 are June 17- 19, 2011!

DONUT CLUB
We make it easy for you to serve at The Bridge! The Donut Club is for kids whose parents serve somewhere on Sunday mornings and stay for both services. Kids in The Donut Club spend the first service participating in special activities planned just for them AND of course they have donuts each week! Then, they go to large group worship and small group Bible study during the second service. For information on how you can serve contact Mary at mary@thebridgefellowship.net.
VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Want to volunteer? Want to invest in the life of Bridge families? Contact Mary at mary@thebridgefellowship.net. We have a place for you!
